'IS NOT A TOY' is an online shop established by two passionate youngsters who adore great things, just like anyone of you! As this online shop is still new (yay, in fact, very very new!), we are still on the way to fill this store with more amazing products! So, guys and girls, please stay tuned!

1. Are products sold in this store authentic?
It's always a big YES! Authenticity of products sold in this online store are confirmed to be original and most of them come with warranties by the manufacturer.
2. Are all the products posted in this blog ready stock?
As our online store is still new, we are sorry that we only carry limited ready stock products. But, if you are interested in products which are not listed in the ready stock list, we are happy to arrange a bulk pre-order or special personal order for you from the manufacturer!
3. What are the modes of delivery?
We delivery our items by Poslaju National Courier. Tracking number will be provided once the items are shipped so you can always keep track of your items! Meanwhile, we also provide Cash On Delivery (COD) service upon request. However, COD locations are limited to Klang area.
4. How long does delivery takes?
Upon receiving payment, your items will normally reach you within 5 to 7 days. This includes both the handling and shipping period.
5. What are the modes of payment?
For the time being, we only accept payment to our Maybank account. You could pay through TT, online bank transfers and of course the cash deposit machines in any Maybank outlets.
6. What can I do to have my products sold in 'IS NOT A TOY'?
As we have mentioned earlier, 'IS NOT A TOY' adores great things as much as you do! If you have products which you think you wanna have it sold in our blog shop, you are always welcomed to contact us! Please do not hesitate to let us know!
